The collective agreement between the Civil Service/WCB/IRAC and the PEI Union of Public Sector Employees expired on March 31, 2022. The bargaining team met and assembled a negotiating package on May 6 and 7, 2022.
Negotiations took place on July 20, 22 and August 24, 2022. Tentative dates in November and December were not able to be finalized. The next round of negotiations is scheduled for January 31, 2023.
