BARGAINING UPDATE (COMMUNITY INCLUSIONS)
The membership has voted to accept the new collective agreement. The parties are working on dates to sign the collective agreement. The employer has agreed to pay overtime at the latest 1.5 X rate to residential employees for the Labour Day statutory holiday.
