During the summer season, many Island workers spend a significant amount of time working outdoors. As a result daily exposure to the harmful effects of the sun is common. Excessive exposure to UV rays from the sun can cause damage to the skin, eyes, and can also increase the risk of heat stress and heat stroke. The contest is open to all UPSE members in good standing who are currently employed at an UPSE bargaining unit worksite at the time of entry.
To be a member in good standing;
You must have signed a membership card available on the PEI UPSE website at https://www.peiupse.ca/membership-registration/ or completed a registration card by contacting the UPSE Office andBe paying dues or otherwise be eligible as a member in good standing as defined under the PEI UPSE Constitution and Bylaws https://www.peiupse.ca/about/how/constitution/ Prize
The single prize package includes a $3500 gift card from Air Canada. Prize package must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions.

Entries will be submitted at https://www.peiupse.ca/upse-60th-convention-grand-prize-draw or by visiting the UPSE Office at 4 Enman Crescent to complete an online ballot.
