UPSE will be conducting a survey that is open to all members in the very near future to gain important feedback about both physical and psychological safety in the workplace. UPSE’s Labour Relations Officers work with members on a regular basis who are experiencing bullying and harassment in the workplace. The Union wants to gather more information from the membership about their physical and psychological safety.
