UPSE members are debating resolutions in a respectful and thoughtful manner at Convention today. Many of these, submitted by UPSE’s Board of Directors, are proposed amendments to the Constitution. The Constitution, by-laws, and policies are the foundation and bedrock of UPSE. They provide the rules for the Union to operate by and support the accountability, integrity, and transparency of the organization.
