UPSE is holding its Diversity in the Workplace course today and tomorrow. The Union wants to ensure that all members feel welcome to participate in union activities and enjoy a workplace which embraces them as individuals.
It’s important to recognize and celebrate all members and the varieties of their backgrounds and life experiences. The course engages participants and fosters the knowledge that the workplace is a place for equity and respect for human rights. The course strengthens participants’ skills as effective allies and advocates of an inclusive and tolerant workplace.
