Att: UPSE Civil Service Members (2022 Employee Engagement Diversity and Inclusion Pulse Survey)

UPSE encourages its Civil Service members to take part in the Public Service Commission’s (PSC) Employee Engagement Diversity and Inclusion Pulse Survey. You should receive an e-mail from the PSC with information and a link to the survey itself. The survey’s theme is centered around concepts of diversity and inclusion and your experiences in the workplace, sense of belonging, fairness, respect, decision making and leadership, inclusion, psychologically safe workplaces, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The survey is 100% secure, anonymous, confidential, and optional. With a high participation rate, the PSC can provide an accurate representation of the public service workforce and take proactive actions that focus on improving employee experience and strengthening the public service as an inclusive and equal employer of all.

Please see more information about the 2022 Employee Engagement Diversity and Inclusion Pulse Survey (here).
