It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Donald Roderick MacDonald, a valued member of UPSE and former Board of Director. Donald’s contributions to our organization will be deeply missed. As a fellow UPSE member, he was a dedicated accountant for the provincial government and later went on to teach accounting at Holland College. Donald was also a passionate Union activist who never missed a convention and played a key role in the early 2000’s campaigns against Bill 44 and program renewal. We extend our sincerest condolences to Donald’s family during this difficult time.
