Civil Service/IRAC/WCBPay IncreasesUPSE has been informed by the employer that "members will see the economic increases reflected in their pay on December 4, 2025. Retro pays will follow, with those coming through the pay of January 29, 2026. The 10 & 15-year wage rates were negotiated to be effective the first day of the pay period following the signing of the Collective Agreement; however, unfortunately, we continue to work through the implementation of those, with them being brand new to UPSE Civil, therefore, we don’t yet have a definitive implementation date.
