Saturday, March 21, is the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, a day to raise awareness and push for real change.
It exists to highlight that discrimination and prejudice still happen every day and to call on workplaces, governments, and communities to take action to eliminate them.
It’s a reminder that fairness, respect, and equal opportunity don’t happen on their own. They require ongoing effort: challenging discrimination, removing barriers, and building environments where everyone is treated with dignity.
Together we can make equality a reality, not just a goal.
