March 31 is International Transgender Day of Visibility, a day to celebrate trans and gender-diverse people, while raising awareness of the discrimination they continue to face.
As a union, we believe every worker deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued for who they are. There is no fairness in the workplace without inclusion and dignity for trans workers.
