Karen Jackson, President of the Prince Edward Island Union of Public Sector Employees, recently spoke to Susan Bruce’s Human Resources class at Holland College. Karen discussed the role of unions in the workplace, the importance of collective bargaining, and how organized labour helps protect workers’ rights while contributing to fair and productive workplaces.
