As a union, UPSE recognizes the importance of mental health and its impact on our members’ well-being. May 6-12, 2024, marks the Canadian Mental Health Association’s annual Mental Health Week. CMHA’s campaign aims to shift attitudes and perceptions about mental health, and the 2024 theme is “Healing through Compassion.”
We encourage our members to participate in Mental Health Week and to take this opportunity to prioritize their mental health and well-being. Let’s work together to create a supportive and compassionate environment for everyone.
