UPSE has received reports of members facing multiple issues at their worksites, which may lead to distress and frustration. We understand that these issues can be concerning, and we encourage members to reach out to the Union office to discuss their concerns. Alternatively, you can directly contact the Human Resources representative for your area about the matter.
We would like to remind members that posting their frustrations on social media platforms may not be the best way to address the issue. Employers monitor social media, and many have implemented social media policies. If the employer can link the social media post to their organization, disciplinary action may be taken against the member.
