UPSE members are participating in the Union’s Steward Level II course. These members are elected Stewards and have taken the Welcome to UPSE and Steward Level I courses as a prerequisite for the Level II offering.
Some of the topics they are covering today include:
– the Steward as activist
– working with the union executive, duty to accommodate, and duty of fair representation
– problem solving and conflict resolution
