UPSE and Civil Service/IRAC/WCB have signed a new collective agreement.
Karen Jackson (UPSE President) thanks Troy Warren (UPSE Labour Relations Officer) and the UPSE bargaining team for their hard work in negotiating a fair wage and benefit package for the membership.
UPSE has been informed by the employer that “members will see the economic increases reflected in their pay on December 4, 2025. Retro pays will follow, with those coming through the pay of January 29, 2026.
The 10 & 15-year wage rates were negotiated to be effective the first day of the pay period following the signing of the Collective Agreement; however, unfortunately, we continue to work through the implementation of those, with them being brand new to UPSE Civil, therefore, we don’t yet have a definitive implementation date. That said, we continue to work through that process, and once implemented, eligible members will receive the 10/15 year wage rates retroactively to the first day of the pay period following signing of the collective agreement.”
