The collective agreement between UPSE and Health PEI expired at the end of March 2023. The UPSE bargaining team met multiple times to develop its proposals based on feedback from the membership. UPSE and the employer exchanged packages on May 29 and bargaining took place in June. Further negotiations are expected to take place in September with dates to be determined.
