As we approach the Holiday season, we recognize the additional stressors that are put on you and your fellow members as you all try and ensure that your colleagues and yourself have time to enjoy time with family and friends.
The office had been receiving numerous inquiries regarding reassignment, specifically, the Employer seeking to reassign staff to meet operations. Your collective agreement does not have language regarding reassignment and no reassignment can happen without the consent of the parties to your collective agreement. (See more here).
