I would like to express gratitude to the IT and transportation infrastructure members who put in a lot of effort this weekend to fix the damage caused by several power surges. Due to the incident, the provincial government website went offline. However, thanks to their hard work, crucial IT equipment was unharmed, valuable data was safeguarded, and the website was restored online with proper surge protection.
This is just one example of the excellent work that UPSE members do to serve Islanders daily. Thank you so much.
