I was saddened to hear of the passing of James Clancy, former President of the National Union of Public and General Employees. I had the pleasure to work with James on the National Executive Board and on issues within our own union. On behalf of the PEIUPSE executive and board we send our deepest condolences to James’s family at this sad time.
